GRAPES: 100% pignatello
TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot, Standing bush
SOILS: Medium texture and clay
VINIFICATION: 48-hour maceration on the skins.
MATURATION: Four 225-liter chestnut barrels, filled with the same wine only the first two years, and for the nex 5 years without topping the cask (oxidative style)
TASTING NOTES: Amber in color with copper highlights. The nose presents intense toasted notes of tonka bean and dried fruit. On the palate, dried fruit and spicy notes are balanced by a crisp acidity and a savory character that make it complex and intriguing.

Served at 13-15°C, it pairs perfectly with chocolate and nuts desserts.
