TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot

SOIL: Dark soils with limestone

VINIFICATION: Some grapes are directly pressed, some others will go through a 24 hours maceration. No sulphites added

MATURATION: Concrete tank until march

TASTING NOTES: Freshness is undoubtedly the main feature of this rosé with Mediterranean vegetation scents; small red fruits aromas and a pronounced acidity
