GRAPES: 100% Zibibbo

TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot, Standing bush

SOILS: Medium texture and clay

VINIFICATION: 48-hour maceration on the skins.

MATURATION: Four 225-liter chestnut barrels, filled with the same wine only the first two years, and for the nex 5 years without topping the cask (oxidative style)

TASTING NOTES: Golden in color with amber highlights, this wine boasts great organoleptic complexity: candied ginger, balsamic notes of eucalyptus. An elegant and intense bouquet, with the freshness and savory character typical of our wines.

recommended pairings

Served at 15°-17°C, it is ideal with aged blue cheeses. It is also surprising when paired with truffle-based dishes.
