APPELLATION: IGP TERRE SICILIANE
GRAPES: native white variety processed in semi-oxidative style
TRAINING SYSTEM: guyot
SOILS: red soils and sand, limestone
VINIFICATION: 4 masses vinified separately from 4 individual vineyards, blending in large chestnut barrels
MATURATION: one year in the barrel without topping the cask, 18 months in the bottle
TASTING NOTES: Lemon zest, hazelnuts, cloves and saffron scent. Palate with excellent structure, great harmony between acidity, tannin and saltiness.
