VINIFICATION: 8-day maceration on the skins, fermentation in steel of individual varieties, subsequent blending

MATURATION: One year in large chestnut barrels

TASTING NOTES: Ruby red color with violet reflections, notes of black mulberry and black cherry. A contemporary wine of great balance: typical Pignatello austerity, finesse and graceful tannins and a surprising freshness
